Nebraska–The Avenue Grill Restaurant (Nebraska City)

Where else can you find a clawfoot tub (complete with bubbles and rubber ducky) that’s been transformed into a coffee table? The Avenue Grill knows how to treat families. The kids played in the two toy areas while the mommies sipped on coffee and ate delicious waffles.

Get Wild at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo

As a St. Louisan, I always had access to an incredible–and free–zoo, but I have to say that Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo wins the prize for “Most Incredible and Stupendous Zoo.”
